These terms cover your use of cryptoguidance.org and the guides, reviews, and consulting offered by Crypto Guidance Inc. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Education, not advice to buy or sell

The site, guides, tools, and sessions are education. We do not pick tokens, promise returns, or manage accounts, and we are not your investment adviser, tax preparer, or lawyer. Decisions about what to buy, sell, move, or hold are yours.

Your keys stay yours

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or exchange logins, and we will not hold them. Anyone asking for them in our name is not us.

Purchases

Prices and what each product includes are listed on the products page. Payment is through Stripe. Written guides are delivered by email. Paid guides and consults: email john@cryptoguidance.org within 7 days if something isn't right and we'll make it right or refund.

AI assistant and calls

Bella, the assistant on this site, is an AI and can make mistakes. Calls and chats may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Calculators and content

Calculators and tools give estimates from the numbers you enter. Check results before relying on them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them.

Limits

The site and our work are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from trades, transfers, or other actions you take.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Missouri law.
