Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Crypto Guidance Inc. ("we", "I") collects through cryptoguidance.org, by phone, and through our AI assistant, how it is used, and the choices you have. For text message programs, also see our SMS Privacy page.

What we collect and why

Consulting form

The form on the consulting page collects your name, your email address, and your message. It is sent by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, to our inbox so we can reply. The form also has a hidden spam trap and a Cloudflare Turnstile check.

AI voice and chat

Calls and chats may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. Our AI voice and chat providers (ElevenLabs and xAI) process these conversations. Recordings and transcripts are kept 90 days. Before a chat on this site starts, you are asked to agree to recording. Anything you say or type, such as your name, phone number, or email address, becomes part of that record.

Phone calls and texts

Calls and texts to (816) 631-2604 are carried by our phone provider, Twilio. Calls may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed, as described above.

Lead emails and post-call webhook copies

Form submissions reach us as lead emails. After a call or chat, a summary and transcript may also be sent to us by email and by a post-call webhook to our systems. Messages and call summaries sent to our inbox are kept as long as needed to respond and serve you, and deleted on request (email john@cryptoguidance.org).

Payments

Purchases are paid through Stripe, either on a Stripe payment page linked from our products page or through a payment link we send by email. Stripe collects your card details, name, email, and billing information. We receive a record of the payment, not your full card number.

Hosting, security, and analytics

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; Cloudflare states it does not use cookies for this. The consulting form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

Fonts and third-party resources

Our fonts are served from this site. The ElevenLabs assistant loads its own code from unpkg.com and may load its own resources from other providers, including a font from Google Fonts and images from Google Cloud Storage. There are no maps, advertising pixels, or session recording tools on this site.

Calculators and tools

The calculators and tools on this site run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.

How we use and share information

We use what you send to reply, schedule and deliver consulting, fulfill purchases, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We share it only with the service providers named above, which process it for us, or when the law requires. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email john@cryptoguidance.org or call (816) 631-2604. You can also simply not use the AI assistant, and use email instead.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
