These terms and conditions govern your participation in SMS, MMS, and phone call campaigns operated by Crypto Guidance Inc. By providing your mobile phone number on our website and checking the consent box, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not provide your phone number.
These campaigns cover communications related to:
You opt in to receive SMS, MMS, and phone call communications by visiting cryptoguidance.org, entering your mobile phone number into the sign-up form, and checking the box that reads "I agree to receive messages from Crypto Guidance Inc." Your consent is recorded with your phone number, the date and time of opt-in, and the IP address of the device used.
You may also opt in by texting a keyword such as JOIN or SUBSCRIBE to the phone number displayed on our website. In that case, your consent is recorded at the time your text message is received by our system.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by any of the following methods:
Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Under normal circumstances, you will receive up to 4 messages per month. During active workshop enrollment or promotional periods, you may receive up to 8 messages per month. We do not send messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Central Time, except for transactional confirmations triggered by actions you take on our website.
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to your mobile device. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. We do not reimburse carrier charges. If you are unsure whether your plan includes text messaging, contact your carrier before opting in.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you also agree to receive phone calls from Crypto Guidance Inc. or our authorized representatives. Calls may be placed using automated dialing systems or by a live representative. Call topics include workshop follow-ups, consulting scheduling, customer service, and special offer notifications. You may revoke phone call consent at any time by the same methods listed in Section 3.
Our messaging campaigns comply with the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) guidelines and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Messages are sent through a registered campaign registered with The Campaign Registry. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messages to any carrier or number that is not reachable or that returns error codes.
We do not guarantee that all messages will be delivered. Message delivery depends on your carrier network, your device settings, your location, and other factors outside our control. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to this campaign. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
This campaign is available to residents of the United States with a valid U.S. mobile phone number. We do not send messages to international numbers.
Your use of this campaign is also governed by our SMS and MMS Messaging Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Guidance Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in this campaign, including but not limited to any carrier charges, device malfunction, data loss, or interruption of service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypto Guidance Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the campaign services or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the campaign after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in this campaign at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
