Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month under normal circumstances. During active workshop enrollment or promotional periods, you may receive up to 8 messages per month. We do not send messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Central Time except for transactional confirmations that are triggered by your actions on our website.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you also agree to receive phone calls from us related to the same categories listed above: workshop follow-ups, consulting scheduling, and customer service. You may revoke call consent at the same time you revoke SMS consent by replying STOP, emailing us, or calling us and asking to be removed.
When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number. We may also collect your name, email address, and the services you have expressed interest in. Message content and delivery status are stored by our messaging provider for up to 90 days for troubleshooting and compliance purposes.

We retain your mobile number for as long as you are an active subscriber. When you opt out, your number is removed from active messaging within 24 hours. Message logs may be retained for up to 12 months for compliance and dispute resolution, after which they are deleted.

Messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and their respective MVNO partners. We cannot guarantee delivery on all carrier networks or in all coverage areas.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for targeted advertising. We do not use your data to create consumer profiles for sale.
