Real support never asks for your seed phrase
No real help desk needs your seed phrase, so any support page, chat, or person that asks for it is a trap.

If you go looking for wallet or exchange help and a support page, chat, or person asks for your seed phrase, you are on a trap. Close it.
A bait site can be a fake support portal, or an ad bought above the real site's result. The links tend to arrive through DMs, replies, sponsored results, and compromised project chat channels.
An AI chatbot or a results page can point you to a help page. It cannot promise the page in front of you is the real one. The decision stays with you, and the rule does not change: no real help desk needs your seed phrase.
What to do
- Open support only from the official site you already bookmarked, not from an ad or a reply.
- If a help page, chat, or caller asks for the seed phrase, stop and close it.
- Nobody needs it to fix an account. Never type it into a website, and never read it to anyone who asks.
- Want a second opinion? Ask someone you already trust.
Same rule here. I never ask for private keys or seed phrases, ever, and I don't hold keys or manage funds.
The full seed rules live on the Security page, and consulting is there if you are stuck on a step.
