What can be refunded

Refund terms depend on the product. Each is listed here.

Crypto Guidance sessions, paid guides and consults

Email john@cryptoguidance.org within 7 days if something is not right, and we will make it right or refund you. For a session, the 7 days are counted from the session date. For a written guide, they are counted from the date of purchase.

Secure Your Stack audit ($997)

• Reschedule: free, with at least 24 hours' notice before your session.
• Refund: full, at any time until the audit is delivered to you. The 7-day session promise above does not apply to this product.

How to ask

Email john@cryptoguidance.org with your name, what you bought and the date. We reply within 5 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card or account through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show, usually 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; most problems are faster to fix by email. If a payment is reversed through a dispute, the service or product it paid for ends.
