Bookmark the real website for your wallet and your exchange once, while you are calm. Then open them only from that bookmark. Never navigate by ad, DM, or reply link.
Phishing sites look identical to real wallet services. Clone sites are pixel-perfect copies at lookalike domains, often promoted by paid ads above the real result. Fake revoke sites and fake support sites exist too. Fake support arrives in DMs, sympathetic and fast. Legitimate support will never ask for your seed phrase.
If you ask an AI chatbot or a search box for your wallet's website, check the address yourself against your bookmark before you type anything.
Do this today
- Make the bookmark today, not in a panic.
- Type the address yourself the first time.
- Open from the bookmark every time after that.
- If a page asks for your seed phrase, close it.
The seed phrase goes nowhere, ever. It is never typed into a website.
